Just a few weeks ago Kenny Evans, who sings at Country Time Theatre in Pigeon Forge, TN called and wanted to meet with me.  He had heard me preach a few years earlier in a revival.  We met at Shoney's for lunch.  We had a nice little waitress by the name of Shawn Hill.  In a few minutes it was my joy to lead her to Christ. 

 

A Great One Day Revival!

That is what we had in Thomson, GA.  At the end of the service after the invitation was given there were 28 people indicating that they had prayed and asked Jesus into their heart.   When you think among all Southern Baptist Churches 25% baptize no one in an entire year, that was a GREAT DAY!

Coming UP!!

I will again be leading a group for our Spring Mission Trip during MAY 31--JUNE 4,2014 to Thoreau, NM.  We will be doing Vacation Bible School, Basketball Camp, Revival Services and some type of a remodeling project.

Plans are already being made.  We still have some vacancies, so why not travel with me and have the joy of working with the local church and the Navajo People.

I realize I borrowed a Christmas Theme, however, the January weather for most of us has been so very cold. 

But, that has not stopped the revival services from being some of the best to start off a new year.  In the first week of January we saw 47 people come to know Christ through a Saturday afternoon Fishing Expo and Sunday morning through Wednesday night revival services.  Then the next week from Sunday morning through Monday evening we saw several more saved.  Below is a picture of a Mother, who came forward for baptism, and her Son who was saved the second week of January.

I wonder how many churches across America, regardless of size, saw people saved during the first two weeks of January.  We are seeing a great work of God in these days.  We only have to be available to His leading and tell others about Him. 

I have began the plans for our next MISSION TRIP to the NAVAJO NATION in NEW MEXICO.  If you would like to go with me on a mission trip, contact me and I will give you the details.

What a Great Week in Texas!!

Just returned from a great week in Texas with 47 saved from Saturday afternoon at the Fishing Expo to Wednesday night at the end of the Revival.  God continues to bless.  Can't wait to see what He does next.
